I'm a small town girl that ended up in the city because of a job, and now can't remember what it was like to be anywhere else. My job keeps me busy, and I've often let it take precedence over my personal life, but I'm finally ready to slow down a bit and take care of myself for a change. I've got a wonderful group of friends, a great dog, a career I enjoy, lots of hobbies - now I just need someone to share it all with and who will help me slow down and just enjoy the day to day stuff that makes life so great.

I'm looking for someone to share the wine with me at night so I can stop wasting half the bottle. Someone to encourage me to take off early on a Friday and road trip to Wisconsin just to buy fresh cheese curds. Someone who appreciates First Ave, but who's also willing to while away a rainy Saturday at the Walker. Someone to cheer with at a Wild game, or kick back with and watch a movie at home. Hopefully this "someone" is passionate about something...anything - music, politics, art, sports. Hopefully you're someone who loves to laugh and who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Guitar players (or wannabes) are a plus. Nerdy bookworms are a huge plus. But if you watch Glenn Beck for any reason other than to make fun of him, we're probably not going to get along.
