I've been living in Australia for about 10 years. Love it! High school teacher. No kids (but love all ages!). My ongoing research is within the P4C movement in education. I'm involved with leading various educational projects which take up much of my time. I love what I do hopefully it is making a difference in the lives of our children.
Living close to the beach has its perks, and my dog loves walking down for a swim whenever we can. Love taking my time with interesting conversation and lingering in the kitchen isn't this where all the good stuff happens food, talks, love? These moments remind me of long, lazy summers with my grandparents in Northern Italy and just soothe my soul.
I love hosting family and friends at my little beach cottage and look forward to catching up with old time friends and family during my annual visits back to the U.S.
I'm not a girly girl, no fake tans/ fingernails, but DO love bubble baths. I can hold my own in a conversation and enjoy swapping perspectives on various topics, without shoving my opinion down your throat.
I'm pretty easy going, especially if you are kind, compassionate, a problem solver, care about other humans, living things, and the planet in general.
